1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yah Time mobile application, website, and related APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Yah Time, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Yah Time helps users track daily prayer watches, view history, and maintain streaks. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. We may offer the Service free of charge, with optional paid features later; any paid offerings will be described in-app or at the point of purchase.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Yah Time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
• You may sign in with Google or with a phone number via one-time passcode, subject to availability in your region.
• You must not share your account or attempt to access another user’s account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer our systems except where permitted by law
• Abuse authentication flows (for example, flooding OTP requests)
• Use Yah Time for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload or transmit malware or interfere with other users’ access
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way that deceives others

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a security risk.

5. Spiritual content & no professional advice

Yah Time is a personal devotion and habit tool. Content and features related to prayer watches are for informational and personal faith practice purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or pastoral counseling advice. If you need professional help, please seek a qualified provider.

6. Intellectual property

Yah Time, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the personal prayer activity data you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. App Store & Google Play

If you download Yah Time from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms also apply. To the extent required by Apple or Google:

• These Terms are between you and Yah Time, not Apple or Google
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, support, or warranties (except as required by their store rules)
• In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, we—not Apple or Google—are responsible for investigation and defense as required
• Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you regarding your use of the iOS or Android app

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAH TIME AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yah Time and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using Yah Time at any time and request account deletion by contacting support@yahtime.app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Yah Time operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to applicable consumer rights.
